PanelMapAccount deletion
Delete your PanelMap data or account
PanelMap is an app by KaribouLab. If you created an account for Cloud Sync, it's a Karibou Home account. Karibou Home is the account for KaribouLab's home apps. You can delete your PanelMap data, or the whole account, at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- 1Open PanelMap and go to Settings → Cloud Sync.
- 2Make sure you're signed in.
- 3Tap “Delete PanelMap data” to delete only your PanelMap data, or “Delete account” to delete the account itself.
- 4Confirm. Deletion happens right away.
Your two options
Delete PanelMap data
Permanently deletes your panels, breakers, tags, floor plans and photos from the cloud and from your phone. Your account is kept, so you can start fresh.
Delete account
Permanently deletes your Karibou Home account: your sign-in (Apple, Google or email) and all the data stored with it in the cloud, including floor plan photos.
What isn't deleted
- When you delete your account, the panels on your phone are kept and keep working offline, unless you choose to erase them too.
- Your PanelMap Pro purchase belongs to your App Store or Google Play account. You can restore it any time.
- We may keep records we're legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts held by the app stores.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Photos are removed from storage shortly after. Requests sent through the form below are handled within 30 days, and we'll confirm by email.
Request deletion without the app
Don't have the app anymore? Send us a request from the email address of your account and we'll delete the account and its data.
